Wednesday - Daytime training
Today we warmed up by rolling some rounds, once again focussing on the escape, we then rolled some more rounds, focussing on working our defensive skills when we were required to and then working at "splitting" our opponents defence when we were on the offensive. We concluded by drilling a guard choke and what to do if our opponent continues to pass, we finished off by examining the figure four armlock from the half guard position.
