With the competition so close tonight we concerntrated on how the day would run for the contestants. Class consisted of grappling for several rounds then we put a few people under pressure by running a few grappling rounds in a competition like environment.

As expected everyone put far too much pressure on themselves and stressed out. Hopefully this has given them some idea of what to expect on the day!
