With the comp this weekend class was very low key. Students had the options of drilling a specific move, one step sparing or lite rolling. I made it clear that I wanted no grappling, to avoid the chance of injury. As always several people failed to hear that and just went hell for leather! :)

Quite night with a lot of different aspects covered by everyone.
