Thanks to all thoses who made the 2 sessions on Thursday night.

It was a great turn out for this early in the year.
MMA / Sub Grappling had 9 on the mat for the rolling and the BJJ session had 19!

Fantastic numbers and bodes well for the rest of 2006.

There will be no class on Sunday but normal class times will resume on Monday the 9th. See the GSW info page for class times. >>
