Fundamentals 15 in the class, including 3 new students.

Tonight we covered an advanced sweep in very small pieces, with each little bit contributing to the whole guard concept. The sweep covered aspects of open and closed guard skills and hip movement and of balancing skills.

After Weds class it was clear a lot of people needed to understand how to use their guard to control and affect their opponents actions and balance.
